Policy changes and refunds

The products sold on the website www.segwaygreentour.com guarantee the right of return in the following 7 days to the confirmation of the experience purchased. After that we won't accept any returns.

If the customer is not completely satisfied or has changed his mind towards the product after the 7 days from the acquirance of the order, he can request a refund of the experience after notifying Jordi Perez Rodriguez via email to info@segwaygreentour.com.

2. Prices and deliveries

The prices of the services or products shown in www.segwaygreentour.com include the 21% VAT.

Orders places by customers from other countries of the European Union will also include the 21% VAT (CONSULT YOUR ADVISOR).

If you belong to a company settled in another European Union country, please provide us with your VAT number and we will issue an invoice exempt from this tax.

Shipping costs are not included in the items' price. It appears conveniently described on the website and will be paid for the customer.
